How thick is the futon?
The 7-Layer Classic has a balanced 7cm profile; the 9-Layer Extra-Thick is 10cm. Both are designed for sleeping close to the floor with layered support.
What surface should I place it on?
Any flat, dry surface: wooden floors, tatami, rugs or on top of an existing mattress as a comfort layer. Air it regularly if used directly on the floor.
Can I wash the cover?
Yes — the cover unzips and is machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Air-dry away from direct heat.
How do I store it?
Fold it in three and slide it into the included storage bag. It fits in a cupboard, under low furniture or in a car boot for trips.
Does it need time to expand after unpacking?
Yes. After unrolling, give the foams up to 24–48 hours to fully recover their shape and any packing scent to air out.
What about shipping and returns?

Which size should I choose?
Choose the size closest to your usual mattress size, or size up for shared use. Each product page lists exact dimensions per size.
Can I use it as a mattress topper?
Yes — many customers use the futon on top of an existing mattress for extra cushioning.
Is it suitable for camping or travel?
The tri-fold design and storage bag make it easy to take along for temporary accommodation or trips.
