1. Overview

This website is operated by Zen.Rest. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Products & Product Information

We do our best to display our futons accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and dimensions and weights are approximate. Certification details for materials are shown on the product pages; supporting documentation is available on request.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or where fraud is suspected. If your payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund it in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout at the time you place it.

4. Discount Codes

Discount codes apply as described at the time of the promotion, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. One code per order.

5. Shipping

Shipping destinations, rates and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy (30 days from delivery). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal and legal warranty rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, videos and the Zen.Rest name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful purposes, no attempts to interfere with the site's operation or security, no false or fraudulent orders.

9. Warranty & Liability

Your legal warranty rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment. If you are a consumer, you additionally retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of the country where you live.
